In addition to our monthly fee and the per-minute charge for AI interactions, you’ll be responsible for Twilio’s or Vonage’s fees for the digital phone number and any call usage. Prices can be found on their websites. For example, the monthly fee for a phone number is approximately 1$ per month. The call rates vary by country and number type and can also be found on their websites.
Why do I need to pay for AI interactions?
AI interactions cover the actual time your AI-Employee is actively handling calls, whether it’s answering customer inquiries, providing information, scheduling appointments, or managing real-time conversations. Since these interactions require processing power and intelligent automation, they incur costs. By using a prepaid minutes package, you have full control over your usage and expenses, ensuring a cost-effective and predictable pricing model.
What happens if I run out of credits?
Before using up all the credits in your package, you’ll receive a notification and the possibility to top up your credits.
